Chaplains Corner - January 2014

American secularists and their anti-God socialism can be defeated with God's help. During the Nazi takeover of Germany, German Christians did nothing to stop the spread of German secularists with their anti-God socialism that eventually led to their defeat in World War II.

It appears that Americans have become brainwashed by American secularists with their anti-God socialist propaganda influence by the news media, teachers, university professors, and radical liberals.

It now seems that brainwashed Americans can hardly be aroused to fight and defeat these radical liberal socialists and regain their freedoms and rights. Instead they blindly obey these tyrants so willingly that they have not only lost their freedoms and rights, but have become totally dependent on the destructive forces of American secularism and anti-God socialism that is destroying our country and our Constitution.

All is not lost and hopeless. God has shown us a way out of this mess we have created by our sinful inactivity. We can begin by praying to God for His forgiveness and yielding to the leading of His Holy Spirit for guidance and courage. We can become politically active with our money, actions, and votes. We can elect candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to God and Christian moral values.

We, the people, can defeat the American secularists and their anti-God socialism with God’s help. God has already given us His solution that is recorded in the Holy Bible as follows:

"Blessed is the nation whose God is Lord” (Psalm 33:12a) and

“If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land” (Chronicles 7:14).
