One of items available is a sign up process for Echoes - the Bulletin for Retired Soldiers, Surviving Spouses & Families. This is an informative publication, published three times a year and available either on-line or through the U.S. Mail.
There is a link at the above website to register for Echoes or to read the on-line pdf version.
Some of the information available from Echoes and/or the web site include: Retirement Services Office locations and phone numbers, Tricare information, Federal legislation that affects retired service members, Health tips, Information for spouses, Veterans Affairs information and much more.
