Special Forces Association Chapter XV President, Armando "Mando" Canales, SGM (ret) suffered a severe heart attack 30 October and subsequently passed. Mando Canales was scheduled to be inducted as a Distinguished Member of the Regiment (DMOR) tomorrow's Q Course graduation. This was a shock to all of us and completely unexpected. SGM Canales was a great friend to Chapter IX here in El Paso.
