Debbie Torres, wife of Chapter IX member Rolando Torres (SGM, ret) chairs the annual Wreaths Across America event at the Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Debbie is also a LTC in the Civil Air Patrol, El Paso Squadron. This year's ceremony began at 09:45 on Saturday, 14 December at the Fort Bliss Cemetery. Chapter IX sponsored 29 wreaths for all SF and Spouses interred. The picture below is of the representatives of the services at the ceremony.
