J Tippy. D-4130. He taught me and a couple of friends from the 196 th aviation company at Fort Bragg, in 1980, to jump after we signed up with the Green Beret sports parachute club. I was a leg but got 6 static line jumps thanks to John Tippy and the other instructors at the club.
