This Chapter Blog received a contact from Manfred in Germany, who (now deceased Father) knew Frank Garllardo,..maybe Frank's name was spelled Gallardo. Anyway, if anyone thinks they know Frank who was stationed in Bad Tolz, please reply via the comment block.
