Stuttgart Fire destroys SF Families' Belongings

See the attached memo from the SFA.

A tragic fire at Stuttgart wiped out a whole bunch of SF Soldier's and Soldier's family's personal belongings. The really sad part is that the Army will not fully reimburse the Soldiers for the loss personal items, many of which are irreplaceable (family photo albums, etc).
