Guests and New Members: Jesus F. “Chino” Torres joined Chapter 9 today. Teddy Lamb returned after a long absence because of health. USASMA SOF Guests were: Gerald Furniss, Ray Winn, Robert Flournoy, Jeff Emmons, Jeffrey Durfee, Tony Bell and Gordon Waugh.
USASMA SF Adios Party was held on 8 May in conjunction with the 3rd SF Group Party. The party had over 400 attendees.
Jerry Rainey 3rd Annual Scholarship: August presentation as usual.
Chapter 9 Shirts: Pete reported that they are $19.50 each and we will take orders soon. Pete also discussed MUGS at $7.50 and STEIN at $11.00 with a $3.00 charge to personalize them.
3rd Group gave President Pete a thank you plaque.
USASMA SOF had 7 attendees at the meeting to present a thank you plaque to Chapter 9 for the support all year. See Picture below:
