Jerry P. Rainey Memorial Scholarship

Please complete the on-line application below as well as send, via e-mail to the addresses provided below, the following documents: 1 - proof of your enrollement in a university, college or technical school; 2 - proof of a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; 3 - Two (2) letters of recommendation from members on the community, other than family members.

Note: You must reside in the greater El Paso, Texas - Las Cruces, New Mexico area.
