Ms. Josee Bourget-Thuma has created a new link to her late husband's memorial scholarship.

This scholarship was created by the late Mike Jefferson, CSM (ret) SF to honor one of the best Team Sergeants he ever had the privledge of knowing. The scholarship is through Excelsior College and is intended to assist Special Forces soldiers in continuing their college education.
